About Alondra

Hi! I’m Alondra Mota, founder of The Bookkeeping Pro LLC, based in my hometown of Phoenix, Arizona. I’ve always had a heart for small businesses—growing up here and working side by side with local entrepreneurs for over 6 years has shown me just how much passion, hustle, and heart it takes to build something from the ground up.

In my previous roles, I often wore many hats, from admin to operations, but I always found myself gravitating toward the numbers. Bookkeeping quickly became my favorite part of the job, and over time, I realized it was more than just something I enjoyed—it was something I was meant to do.

Since 2018, I’ve been working with QuickBooks Online, and today I’m proud to be certified by both Intuit and the National Association of Certified Public Bookkeepers (NACPB). I bring a strong foundation in financial organization, reporting, and 1099 preparation, and I genuinely love helping business owners feel more confident and in control of their finances.

Starting The Bookkeeping Pro was my way of giving back to the community that raised me. I believe that when small businesses thrive, our neighborhoods thrive—and I’m here to support that growth by offering reliable, judgment-free bookkeeping services tailored to each client’s needs.

Outside of work, I believe in living a life that feels good—because I truly believe a happy and healthy life leads to a prosperous business. You’ll often find me cooking, reading, hiking Arizona’s beautiful trails, or planning my next travel adventure. Balance and joy are at the core of everything I do, both personally and professionally.
